Top 4 star hotel with over 100 bedrooms in Berkshire seeks a Conference Supervisor to join their busy C&B department. You will be supervising and managing the day to day conferences that are held at the hotel, ensuring the highest of standards are maintained. You will oversee the operational staff present at each conference ensuring the rooms are set up and prepared and all guest requirements are met. You will need to be standards driven and have good attention to detail with previous C&B experience in hotels. Your role will also support the Banqueting Manager with weddings and private dining.
